This is an apartment-only option in a silent complex. Apartment is on the first floor, 1 bedroom hall with kitchen and well appointed. Its newly renovated and hence everything feels fresh and clean. The kitchen has all you need if you plan to cook- includes induction hob, mini refrigerator and a microwave. There is an open balcony attached to the front room where you can enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is free parking options around the apartment, so we never had a problem finding a parking space - although being a free open parking area, it can get quite full on some nights. The air conditioning worked in both the rooms and cooled quite efficiently during the hot summer days. We had a 1 week stay and 1 set of linen was provided at the beginning. The apartment is within walking distance to the town centre (steep downhill walk) where there are several dinner options.

Great appartment, very nice and helpful hosts. The appartment is really spacious with two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It really is a luxury appartment. The terrace has curtains, so you can choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. Very nice bathroom, very well-equipped kitchen. Excellent internet. The location is very quiet, on a hill. Great views from the swimming pool.

The flat was completely refurbished and by opening the eindow you could see the Massa Marittima's square with its amazing cathedral. The check in was smooth and the flat was huge. The owners left some water and juices plus things for the breakfast. Really good choice.

Each family had their own apartment, which were all close to one another, during the day between the pool and the play area there was entertainment for all. The owners were flexible and extremely kind in making our stay comfortable and meeting all our requests. We will definitely consider the property again for a future stay.
