Sweets, snacks, fruit and even a bottle of champagne were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We really did not expect such a great reception. We had a great time. Flat was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week in Ostia. Location was perfect, close to beach and shops/restaurants, with terrace overlooking the square in one direction and with a lovely sea view in the other. This wasn't our first visit to Ostia and we would say in terms of location, cleanliness, value and warm welcome from our host that this apartment would be 1st on our list if we return.
