Beautiful property with a great location and gorgeous views. We can not speak more highly of Giulio as a host. He is extremely accommodating and kind. The location is walking distance to restaurants and also the bus / ferry. We felt very safe there. Highly recommend to stay!

There was a beautiful view towards the mountains over the rooftops from the balcony and nook in the upstairs living area. The location is wonderful - winding streets and steps with beautiful buildings all around. And it’s only 5/10 minutes walk away from a lovely bottega/deli and restaurants.

We never used downstairs but there’s games provided in the form of a dartboard etc and chill out area with sink, cooking area which would be great for larger parties. Well linked by bus routes, with some nice restaurants nearby. We had hired a car and found this super easy. Good directions to property & fantastic communication from owners throughout.

The location was magnificent & there were fish & ducks that visited for food which was lovely. The owner allowed friends to visit & was very helpful with any enquiries. He was also accommodating with a late check out so we could go straight to our next property 10 minutes away for a wedding. We would love to visit this beautiful apartment again.

When the hairdryer went wrong, I got another one in a minute. Bed was tough - for me, it is the best. Cure for my back pain. The view is really out of this world from the flat. Elevator is very confortable. Smell of jasmine (?) in the balcony. Very kind resident from Como who gave us a lift to Tremezzo by car. (no bus came but turned out to be the best adventurous day of my life I will always remember.)BarbaraFamily with young children
