The apartment is immaculate. Every room is beautifully decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment was great and big and very clean. We really loved it. The appartment had really everything! There was coffee and tea and there was even a breakfast with Nutella. The kids loved it. It was very close to the train station.

    Vi bodde i leiligheten Byron, som passet perfekt for en familie på tre, med sine to soverom. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, alt var rent og sengene sov vi godt i. Perfektr beliggenhet ca 10 minutter fra togstasjonen, med nærhet til havnen og alle de hyggelige sentrums gatene. Stort pluss for vaskemaskinen vi kunne benytte!

    Leiligheten lå sentralt og fint til det meste. Den var stor og ren, og uteplassen var super. Aircondition i alle rom var meget bra for oss som var der en veldig varm uke. Marco var kjapp til å svare på spørsmål og kom med gode råd.

    Sentralt og kort vei til togstasjonen. Kort vei til hovedgaten med restauranter og butikker. Enkelt å sjekke inn ved å følge instrukser. Kommunikasjon med verten fungerte godt. Ren og moderne leilighet som vender ut mot bakgård. Stille og rolig. God Air-contition. Pluss for vann og kaffe på rommet. Nydelige tempur-puter.

    Rolig beliggenhet, lite støy. Romslig leilighet, enkelt møblert. Sengen var grei nok, men ikke mer. Frokosten var enkel, men ingen variasjon fra dag til dag. Hyggelig personale. Ca 10 min gange til jernbanestasjonen, godt utgangspunkt for besøk til Cinque Terre. Innendørs parkering i parkeringsanlegg under leilighetene.
