Adelina House, apartament a La Spezia

Set in La Spezia, 1.4 km from Castello San Giorgio and 1.6 km from Technical Naval Museum, Adelina House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

The apartment is immaculate. Every room is beautifully decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment was great and big and very clean. We really loved it. The appartment had really everything! There was coffee and tea and there was even a breakfast with Nutella. The kids loved it. It was very close to the train station.

I loved it. It is nothing like a fancy stay but it's really cozy. The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. There is a very good pizza place close by.

Regrettable I can only give this property 10 if I could give more I would. The property was modern, spacious, immaculately clean, super comfy and had beds that gave me the best nights sleep …. Ever!. Everything from the towels to the bed linen to the fixtures and fittings was superb quality. I didn’t want to leave this property. Gaia was a lovely host and gave us great information on the area. Don’t be put off by the location next to the railway station as I promise you can’t hear the trains. Thank you Gaia for a lovely stay we had a fantastic time.

Fosco was the greatest host ever! Always looking out for us, giving us relevant information and good recommendations. Property itself was better than expected, very well located (just 10 min walk from the main train station La Spezia Centrale) room was spacious and bathroom really clean. WiFi working perfectly

    No es un hotel, es un pis amb tres habitacions amb cuarto de bany privat arreglades per llogar. Es cómode, la mida de la nostra habitació estava bé. El cuarto de bany nou i tot funcionava bé. La ubicació bona a 2 cantonades del centre. Tenia parking pel cotxe. El propietari molt amable. Wifi bé.

    Cinquè pis en un bloc de pisos, però molt ben decorat i amb tot lo necessari per fer còmode l’estada. Dos havitacions, petita cuina, bany i terrassa. A 20 min a peu de l’estació que porta a cinque terre.

    Les instal·lacions són ideals. Està tot reformat, molt nou i net. I el pis compta amb tot el mobiliari necessari i més. Les propietàries són molt amables. Ens han rebut amb un aperitiu i begudes. A més a més ens han recomanat llocs i cuidat molt.

    L'apartament és molt acollidor i molt net. Té aire acondicionat per tot el pis i diferents entrades de llum. La seva ubicació és immillorable, al costat de l'estació i del carrer principal. També disposa de molts utensilis i detalls (cafè, galetes, torrades, oli, snacks...). En Claudio és molt simpàtic i atent i fa tot el possible per garantir que tinguis una estada ideal. Hi tornaríem seguríssim.

    l’apartament està molt ben situat, a cinc minuts comptats de l’estació de tren de la Spezia centrale des de la què s’arriba a Cinque Terre o a als aeroports de Gènova, Pisa o Florència. En Maurizio, el propietari, és molt amable i sempre dosponible. A més, ens va fer molt bones recomanacions.
