Terrace with a small palm garden to inhale salt air and sip your own aperol, if you don't feel like going out.

Plenty of room and very comfortable, with A/C unit and a large terrace, we always had the maximum comfort. The flat is located a short stroll to the beach and close by all shops and restaurants. The owner are very warm and knowledgeable of the area ... & welcomed us with a lovely bottle of bubbles! We definitely like to recommend Brezza Marina with no hesitations !!!

The location is ideal, just a few blocks to the beach (~5 minutes on foot) and the centro storico (~10-15 minutes). Free parking is available in the underground garage.
