The terrace is perfect for staying up late and watching the sunset. It comes with the outdoor grill but you can also use the brick grill with a brick pizza oven in the common area. The house is fully equipt with a beautiful Tuscan rustic feel that meets modern design. It's got everything that you need. The owners are so nice and welcoming that we can't wait to come back.

Amazing place to spend a holiday. We loved the village, the people and the accommodation. The host Roy was very approachable and kind, and although we didn’t require any help at all, he was alway available via whatsapp. Chianni is an amazing place and even though the weather wasn’t fantastic, we will look back to our time there with fond memories. Apart from our accommodation, the other highlights were visiting the main attractions Lucca, Pisa, Florence, cooking and eating the fresh pasta from the pasta shop in the village and our vist to the olive oil producer (Azienda Agrituristica Il Ruscello Di Nenna Guido).

Comfortable and quirky. Great location. Historic building in a beautiful and friendly historic small Tuscan town. Close to a shop that has fresh bread, meats, cheeses, wine and anything else you could possibly need. Close to bars and restaurants. If you have a car, there is an excellent Council swimming pool a short drive away. Great pool with stunning views.

Absolutel gem! The house is beautiful and very well looked after and equipped, we had plenty more than we could have asked for and Paolo and Angela were absolutely amazing the entire time, always happy to share advice and help, I cannot recommend this place enough. We were 6 people and it was very comfortable.

A massive thank you to Roberta and Franco for taking wonderful care of me and my family during our holiday. At the beginning it is worth noticing that Roberta's flat is not another boring holiday flat, equipped with chain store furniture. Here you can feel like you are in a real Tuscan home, soaking up the wonderful unique atmosphere of the region. The decor is in accordance with the photos. The flat is clean, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary facilities. In the kitchen you will find everything for cooking, i.e. pans, pots, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. The town of Chianni itself is adorable, with many charming alleys, restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery shop well stocked with regional products, etc. I recommend staying in Chianni especially at Casa Tarrini!

The apartment is quiet and located far from everything else - exactly what we needed for a couple of days. Walking around to visit olive oil productions was very nice (but be advised that the roads aren’t flat, being comfortable shoes). We will definitely book this apartment again in the future.

There is a pavilion outside where you can hide from the sun during the day or enjoy a warm evening. Our 3 kids loved the small pool a lot, especially its jacuzzi mode. Of course, the highlight of the place is hospitality that Mauro and Tiziana share with their guests. They gave us some tips about the places around. Also Mauro brought a small table for our little son and was bringing small gifts during the stay. We enjoyed our stay a lot!KonstantinFamily with young children
