This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Castelmezzano. It is in the middle of the incredibly scenic town with a window facing the town church/square. The apartment is clean, cozy and recently renovated. A few months ago they added an A/C to accommodate hot summer days. In addition, there’s a great breakfast in their nearby bar/restaurant.

Fantastiskt läge i anslutning till gamla stadskärnan. Vår värd mötte upp och var mycket tillmötesgående. Hjälpte oss med gratis parkering 2 min bort. Tipsade på flera restauranger. Vi valde Trattoria Lucana, alldeles i närheten, utmärkt och prisvärt med vällagad lokal meny. Vi åt hotellfrukosten på ett café i närheten. Ok Boendet rekommenderas.

Castelmezzano is a very nice small town. The appartment was nice. Not easy access if you have suitcases; but they helped carry up our luggage to the appartment.

Great room in Castelmezzano with an even greater host, Teresa. There was a box of breakfast goodies (tarts, muffins, and cakes) waiting for us when we arrived the first evening, and the following day there was a bag of fruit and sandwiches. The bed was very comfortable, the shower fabulous, and having a washing machine was a real treat.

Beautiful house located right in the town, it was exactly as pictured and the view of the town was as pictured too, which we don't always expect to be quite true. Beds were good, the kitchen let us cook a meal, and it was super cool to sleep in a home like this, very unique. The home is half built into the mountainside which meant it was very comfortable (around 20°C - 22°C) day and night. Fair warning: this town is incredibly hilly/steep so if you find it difficult to walk uphill you will have a bad time getting to the home from the parking outside of town, it's worth it though!

It was a beautiful, comfortable apartment with a great view. The host was very helpful and prompt with providing info.

Rosella met us up the hill where we had to park pretty far from the room. She helped us pay for parking and even jogged to a local cafe to get change (coins) for my paper euros. She then helped carry a suitcase. The room was clean and had everything we could ask for. The room area was quiet and comfortable. We had a nice time.
