Very kind owner, ready to help in everything. We got welcome gift which was very toughtful, made us feel more home. THe appartment is in great location (very close to a bus stop to Venice). Clean and well equipped appartment. We were especially grateful for the air conditioners in the big heat. We can recommend the appartment to everyone.

The host Romeo is very friendly and easy to communicate with and goes beyond what we usually get in an apartment booking: We got towels and soap/shampoo small bottles, like in an hotel, coffee capsules and welcome gifts! The apartment has rooftop terraces and is generously equipped: an "american fridge" (making ice cubes), 2 bathrooms and perfect beds (1 very large double bed in the "master bedroom" and 3 in the second room (the lliving room's comfy sofa can also be used as a double bed for a total of 7). Everything was perfectly clean. There is also air-conditioning (we didn't use, as April was not too hot weather), nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher! Private parking, which is convenient to leave your car and take the bus to go visit Venice, the bus stop to Venice (40 min bus ride, bus number 53E) is only 300m away. We had a fabulous time there!
