We had an amazing stay of (unfortunately ) only 1 night. Best diner we had in a long time and breakfast was all we could dream of with super friendly hosts. Area is also very beautiful for short or longer walks. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rolf kindly collected us from the train station and showed us around the property. On arrival, our first impression was 'Wow'! The property is nicely presented with modern furniture and accessories giving it a homely feel. It is also very clean! The views from the balcony are spectacular. You get the morning sun, so it is lovely to sit and have your breakfast while enjoying the scenery. The evenings are so calm and relaxing as well. But if you want to listen to music or watch the television there is a good choice of channels to go through. This is a self catering accommodation with plenty supplies provided for breakfast and ample appliances and utensils for your use. We did not realize that public transport from the property was almost non existent. You need a car! Rolf was, again, very kind to drive us into Ponte Tresa where there is a market, shops and loads of eateries, and if you fancy, you can walk over to Switzerland from there. Lavena is a short distance from the property with a few restaurants and cafe's for you to enjoy as well. Our stay was very short, so we did not get the opportunity to explore much of this beautiful part of Italy. We would have loved to go on a boat ride on Lake Lugano, but we visited at the wrong time of the year. All in all, we had a lovely, short holiday, with a wonderful host who was very kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Rolf!

The view was amazing, helpful staff, it was self check in but it was easy and secure, parking available for free , it was really comfortable and the room included almost everything you need to feel home( especially the kitchen) One of the best places in my trip. Loved it.

The apartment smelled amazing on arrival and it felt very clean and homely and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Veronica checked in with us constantly to ensure that everything was ok and there was even a lovely welcome gift.
