We spent a month touring N. Italy. in March 2024. The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Literally. It is a 1 minute walk from Bologna's central piazza with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. (FWIW it is a 20 min walk from the train station through the main shopping area) We spent 4 nights here with 3 days spent on the various sites in Bologna and 1 day trip to Modena. Bologna is a beautiful city with its many km of porticos and its illustrious university. Known for its cuisine Bologna is not to be missed. Paulo was a gracious and very helpful host. When we go back to Bologna this is where we will stay again.

The property was amazing!! Great location, a 10 minute walk to the historical center, impeccably clean, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful design!, great shower, garage spot right on the premises.. :-) One thing is, it’s a little bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected when staying in the historical center if any city in Italy. The only other thing I would add are that they might want to put a couple of hooks near the front door to hang jackets or coats as there is no closet in front or anywhere to hang anything. Other than that, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually just recommended it to friends of ours!

Everything: Manuela was quite attentive in every respect to make sure we had the best possible stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay is very well decorated and has a very modern and comfortable vibe that made everything even more pleasing. Location was perfect for our needs (off the city center and with a parking space on site. On top of all this we forgot a valued item in the apartment and Manuela was very attentive to the situation and arranged everything so that we could collect it when we returned to Bologna in the end of our trips. So we can't praise the whole experience enough!

The condominium is also very clean and hospitable. Hosts are helpful and quick responsive. House is located in a neighborhood pretty far from the center, but public transport works very well and the airport is only 3 km away. You can reach it very quickly with the bus whose stop is a approx 200 m away from the apartment. We found some coffee, water and croissants left for us. check in and check out we’re very easy.
