The apartment could not be better located, the front terrace overlooks the beautiful old town of Arona (with many bars and restaurants), the rear terrace overlooks the lake and the castle. The handover of the key with code was perfect, so we were very flexible. The apartment is renovated with taste and everything was very clean. We could drive with the car to load and unload in front of the house. You can get a parking ticket for residents from the owner, so you can park easily nearby (Friday and Saturday evenings it might be a bit difficult, otherwise there were enough parking spaces). Friendly contact with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Switzerland
We liked everything about the villa. The apartments were new, clean, tidy and very well equipped (kitchen, toilettes, sleeping rooms) and spacious. The location and the views are exceptional. Just in front of the statue of San Carlo (impressive statue by the way) and with a great view of the lake. It is a 5 mins (easy) drive to downtown Arona. You can park your car next to the villa or 1 min away in front of Collegio De Filippi. The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. The villa has great safety. We rented three appartments and passed the Christmass holidays there but I think it makes a great place for the spring and summer holidays. The appartments have an outside barbeque area (wood provided by the host). Surely will go back.

Location is excellent, and the bedroom is nice and quiet even if there is a lot of people out and about walking around. Very comfortable bed! It is a little out of town, but there is a lakeside walk into Arona for restaurants and shops, and there is a good supermarket next door. The owners were super helpful. We only stayed one night, but would love to return.
