Everything was really great! Kristina made our stay here unforgettable. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, functional, located in a very good place, in the center of the town. Kristina met us at the railway station, helped us to get to the apartment, and at the end of our stay she helped us to move out. Moreover, she was very helpful in all respect within our stay. It's not in the center of Alessandria so less busy and easily reachable. The parents were lovely (speaking only Italian, but we managed quite well). The flat is decorated nicely and everything needed was there. There is a private courtyard where I was able to store my bike. Balcony not reachable directly from the flat but it's right next to the entrance of the flat.

This place is amazing. The owners are really lovely. They are kind, polite, helpful and generous. It's a bit tricky to find, but the owner knows this, was watching for us and messaged us where to wait. He came to find us, greeted our dog like a member of his own family and played with him while we got ourselves sorted out. Everything you could possibly need is available, air conditioning, heating, bbq, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, many small appliances. The apartment is clean, beautifully designed and decorated. The garden is vast, and secure - our dog has had a lovely time!
