We were given a warm welcome by Patrizia who explained how things worked and gave us information about local specialities and places to eat. Location was good, being within an easy walk of the railway station, town centre and large supermarket.

Silvano met us outside the apartment block with the key and showed us around the apartment. We had a lovely chat with him and he showed us some amazing photos on the wall he had taken of the area with his drone before he left and we settled in. We were only there for one night which must be frustrating when renting a full apartment. Good things: very friendly host and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, the washing machine had instructions on how to use it and it was a very good machine and there was also a large drying rack. It’s across the road from the train station which was convenient for us but we didn’t hear any noise at night (from trains or anything else).
