So the first thing I loved was the absolute kindness and attention to their clients, that the owners offer. I felt cared about in every way and both were right there should I have needed anything. Really loved this couple. Then, the place was very, very new and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and lovely...everything was wonderful. The bathrooms are a nice size, great shower with plenty of water power which is always so nice...and the towels were really wonderful!:) If I had to suggest anything it would be to supply nice bathrobes for getting out of the shower. But not a huge deal. The Wifi was exceptional in the living room area but unfortunately, there was no reception...zero in the bedroom where I needed it. My colleague was in the bedroom near the kitchen and she had a little reception but not much. The back bedroom...zero. However, that could be remedied easily by a "booster" in each bedroom...I think. All in all...a really wonderful stay. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this stay!

Great communication. Great location. Amazing kitchen with unique and beautiful sink. It is a beautiful older home. Comfortable and warm on a mid-March visit. Unique fixtures and paintings.

Eline is a great host. She spent time explaining everything and booking us our first evening meal. She gave us an upgrade to another apartment so that we could stay longer on our departure day- very kind. The new apartment was spacious and newly renovated (the apartment with the purple sofa and long table). It looks completely different now. Painted green cabinets, neutral colours and modern accessories. The bedroom and bathroom are traditional and cosy. The bed is very comfortable and the shutters allow you a great lay in! We loved the outside space and magnificent view. Great for birdwatching and reading. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed the tennis courts and walking around the country lanes. The location is great, just outside of the town. In the daytime it's an easy 15 min walk, and at night it's possible as a lot of it is lit (if you plan to do it bring a torch). Acquapendente is a lovely town with a number of good restaurants and bars. We ate at Podere Riccio and everything was very good. Proceno nearby is also worth a visit, to eat at the restaurant at the castle. Lots to do in this beautiful location. We will most certainly be back, but for longer next time.
