Clean and well maintained spacious apartment with awesome views. Located in a private quiet neighborhood is about 1.5 km from main road so own transport is a must. Well equipped kitchen for preparing basic meals. Best was it is a short distance to Manipal Hospital where my mom was admitted so in terms of location it was ideal for us. This is a lovely homestay in a quiet residential neighbourhood (so Serene indeed) but also convenient for central Panaji. The room is comfortable and spacious. Having a full size fridge/freezer and kettle is great. What really makes it is the host family who are so welcoming and helpful. Full of advice and happy to help organise things. There's a very regular and cheap bus from the stop nearby straight into town and the bus station or you can take cheap taxis.
