The Hideaway is simply gorgeous. So warm and cosy but really modern without ruining the country cottage style. The host was amazing. Loads of information before we stayed. Simple check-in and check-out. We had bread, milk,cakes and biscuits waiting for us. Also, we left something small but important in the apartment and the host sent it down to us straightaway. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our hosts were extremely accommodating and had left out a small bit of food and milk which was great. We were delighted when we arrived to a lovely clean warm apartment. on arrival back on our second night our host had left some snacks and a packet of rashers in the fridge for our breakfast the next morning. We really felt welcome and comfortable and would highly recommend this place.

Upon arrival eggs, milk & wheaten bread were already sitting in the apartment. Our dog especially enjoyed his time as he made friends with Betty and Fergus’ dog Heidi. Not too far from Cavan town and brilliant location for lots of different walks. Definitely would recommend and hope one day to return.
