The talk with other guests. The host helped us with the flight delayed luggage and also helped us getting the luggage from a ferry the day after we arrived. Thanks again! The nearby Livadakia beach.

Evelina was a great host and gave us a lot of information about the island. They also extend our stay until the evening because of an issue with the ship. The apartment was very comfy and the view was really nice

The location was good for our needs - right on the beach. Stratos is an exceptional host. Everything was as on hotel and room description. The room was clean, there was plenty of hot water all the time and the WiFi coverage was good.

The breakfast was both fantastic in taste and quality, and different in a good sense. You book the breakfast content over the web and in the next morning it's delivered to the patio in a big basket. Very nice to have breakfast outside, overlooking the inlet to the Serifos harbor. The room was large, fully equipped even for cooking. This green-field hotel was opened in 2022. The design and quality is top notch. Nice pool, but just a minute walk away is a long sand/pebble beach, lined with trees that provide some shade if you want. The owners Stratos and Maria are such a welcoming and service minded couple. A few minutes walk down to the harbor, and all the restaurants. Highly recommended.
