The apartment is well organized, the place is cozy and good place to relax. You can also hang out at the beach and have a bite and drinks at the cafe (Sea Side Poros) nearby. The owners are very nice and kind people plus always there in case you need anything 😊

homely and great service - lovely nature around and I felt very welcome by the proprietor who kindly showed me some fruit trees on the property to enjoy, assisted with booking an airport taxi, and even helped me to get to the Hera Temple nearby which was very kind of him. just a short walk to the beach and so close to the airport too / recommended

we had a great time in Nikos Studios! the room was very comfortable and spacious while it was also fully renovated. Very important: the mattress of the bed was brand new and comfortable and we had excellent night sleep.we will definitely come back in our next visit to Samos.

The hotel is located in 5 minutes distance by car to the Pythagorion center. The open air bar and garden was very cute and very good option to spend some time away from the center's rush hours. All hotel personals were very nice and super helpful. Our room was exactly the same as in the pictures, no surprise. The bathroom was small, but new and clean which is hard to find in a hotel in this price range around this location.

Excellent hotel and room. Mr Manolis was a fantastic host and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location in walking distance from Pythagoreio and it has internal parking. The common areas are spotless and comfortable. The room was big and perfectly suited for our needs.
