The apartment is on the first floor of the house, it is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room with kitchen. Very clean and beautiful! Located in 30 min to drive to Lefkada, 10 min from Preveza center, 10 min from Mitikas and long sand beaches with wonderful view of sunset (by car)

Host Teo is very cool and positive man. Place is on great location near to the sea. Chill music all time. Preveza is lovely city.

Simply perfect! We felt very well from the beginning of our stay. Mr. Vasilis was willing to pick us up at Aktion Airport and bring us to our accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, clean with a kitchen connected to the living room, a bathroom and a large spacious bedroom. Air conditioning was available in the entire apartment. The surroundings of the accommodation were peaceful, with a view of the clear sea. We were still in contact with Mrs. Amalia and Vasilis via messages. They informed us about the nearest locations, trips and restaurants. We even had bicycles at our disposal for the whole week, which we could borrow at any time. We used bicycles to go to Kiani Akti beach, a kilometer away. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, and there are two restaurants with a view of the sea and excellent specialties. There is service on the beach, they offer excellent drinks and draft beer. Our hosts also helped us with renting a car from a nearby rental company, with which we visited the island of Lefkada (it's definitely worth it). Mrs. Amalia provided us with clean linen, towels and were always available when we needed it. Mr. Vasilis even drove us to the airport when we were going back home. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation, we felt at home. We will miss it. Best regards, Ivan and Natália.

very clean? tastefully decorated and the hostess was brilliant, our flight was 3 hours delayed and she waited until 1am to meet us!

The hosting couple was soo friendly, always smiling, really helpful. We communicated through the translator without any problem. The accomodation was really good and wide with balcony and back patio, the apartment was amazingly equipped - we had everything we needed.

The whole experience was fantastic and we were welcomed and shown around the apartment that was simply perfect to stay in. We needed an apartment for 1 night and this stood out for us. We were not dissapointed. Nothing was too much trouble even down to organising anything we needed. We would really recommend staying here.

Delightful beachside accommodation with scenic ocean views in a tranquil location with easy parking. The close proximity of the beach allows for easy access to peaceful walks along the seafront. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean and tidy with a comfortable and inviting environment. The kitchen was well-equipped with all mod-cons for meal preparation. Free WIFI and a lovely patio with table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. A most charming host. Their warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful visit. They were easy to get hold of whenever I had a query or needed assistance, which added to the overall sense of ease during my stay. Highly recommended.
