This house is a hidden gem, its location and the owners are just as good as it gets. We were two couples and stayed one week in the house, for which it was perfectly suited. The house is fully equiped and the view, the beaches and the location are just amazing. The small village Koumeika and the public beaches near the house are also very nice and not overly crowded even in the main season. The owners showed such great hospitality and we felt very welcome from beginning until end of our stay. We all would gladly return any time soon and can without a doubt recommend the oceanis cottage house: 10/10!

Beautiful location facing the sea. Owners always available and kind. Excellent cuisine (the best souvlaki in Samos!). Balos is the quietest and most romantic area on the island, ideal for couples. Wonderful sea and beach.

We just had the most lovely stay at princess Tia. I would recommend it any time to anyone who enjoys a nice and beautiful accommodation! Not touristic and very nice restaurants in the surrounding where you can go by foot. Located at such a nice side of the island, the nature is beautiful and the sights of the island blue and clear see are breathtaking! We went snorkelling in the sea right in front of the apartments and it was so nice! The rooms are nice, big and clean with airconditioning! The pool is perfect, and it is located next to the beach (with really comfortable beds). The family who runs te place are also very nice. They have many tips an recommendations for everything you need to know about the island. They feel like family while staying there! I was so sad to leave. And we are sure that we will visit again!

Discovering Odysseas Apartments was like stumbling upon a hidden paradise. Imagine waking up and having Ormos Beach just a hop away – it's the dreamiest escape. The host, Alexis, is the real magic here. His warmth and knack for suggesting local gems made our stay unforgettable. The rooms? Pure cozy meets Greek charm. You feel like you belong in a storybook. What sealed the deal for us was the communal vibe – the courtyard, the beach chats. It's more than a stay; it's a genuine Greek experience. The appartment was new and well eqquiped. Washing maschine, balkons and kitchen available made our stay so comfortable.

It is a very cozy apartment next to the harbour, with a seaview! There was a well equipped kitchen, so I could make my own meals. I didn't have salt and oil but the host was so sweet to provide that for me, which was super nice!

Very clean, location was exactly where we wanted to be. The balcony was an unexpected treat. Our host was wonderful and checked on us every time we walked by him, thank you Kr. Niko!

Our room is very clean. Location of the apartments are really close to sea and free parking available. The village is so cute. Just a few mins walking distance there one of the best restaurants of the island. Love the property and definitely will visit again.

Very kind and helpful host, she prepared little treats for us upon arrival (juice, buiscits, jam, coffee and local-made olive soap to use), closness to the main village street and tavernas. Proximitiy to the main road and the sea. Great terrace and spacious apartment. Nice and quiet place.
