- good location, there is a beach right across the street. It’s a little rocky but if you walk down the stairs and turn right there a beach with smaller stones. Maria is lovely, very sweet host who is happy to help with anything.

Location was amazing! We could see the sea from the balcony and when we wanted to go swimming the beach was just across the street. The appartment is a bit far away from the center of Athens (taxi from the airport costs about 70 euros) but it was worth it. This is a great place to calm down. A few restaurants and a little market are near. During our visit was a big thunder storm and it rained so much that the roads were blocked and restaurants closed their doors so we didn't get any food. I didn't manage to get a taxi but our host helped us immediately and arranged a ride so we could go to the supermarket. She was very helpful and kind before and during our stay. I can really recommend this place for a take off. No tourists (just some locals), no big shops and no hustle. Just a beautiful view to the sea and calm walks on the beach.
