Our vacation at the windmill was just wonderful! We were received very nicely and given a "guided tour" of the mill with lots of interesting information about the history of the mill and the island. We also got a lot of great excursion and restaurant tips for our one-week stay on Kythira. We even had some local products as a welcome gift. The windmill is very lovingly furnished and had everything we needed (kitchen and bathroom) and there was enough room for a family of four and our dog. Halfway through our stay, the mill was cleaned and the beds made up and towels changed. It's really been a great experience and we'll definitely be back when we're on the island again. Very clean and spacious room with plenty of parking space, nice mountain view and very polite and available anytime hosts. The houses are in a central location to explore the island but definitely need a car.
