very friendly people, cold beverages war in refrigerator. the location/house is pretty new, with a very good equipped kitchen. there are ca. 150 m direct to the sea, there is unfortunately no sandy beach...but some good ones in the neighbourhood.

Take it from a local, a Rhodian who was born and bred on the island and who now comes back for holidays: this is probably the best choice in southern Rhodes you can make. The house is a stone's throw from the last pristine beach on the island, which you can enjoy in peace and quiet, even on busy holidays. No, you don't need a swimming pool, when the beach is so close, is a waste of your money and a burden to the environment. Helios apartments are reasonably priced and you are lucky if you can book it. Choose the top floor for breathtaking views!

The setting was truly remarkable, offering an authentic Greek experience that's hard to match. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly require. As for our host, Manolis, he is undoubtedly one of the most warm-hearted individuals we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond by treating us to homemade cake, coffee, and fresh fruits, making us feel right at home. We felt comfortable approaching him for anything we needed, and he generously shared his insights about the local area and the entire island.

Extremly cozy place. Laid-back owners. We stayed only for one night, but fell in love with the place at first sight. Must see and try the tavern close to the church and get there by walk through the beautiful tiny streets in the village.

Since we arrived, the super nice owners made us feel very welcome. The apartment was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The traditional wooden bed is one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool and the poolside areas are stunning and curated. There’s a peaceful desert retreat vibe, and our room had a lovely balcony with sea views all around. Some cuddly and sleepy cats live on the premises, which I loved

This apartment is so beautiful, everything like the pictures. The beach is so close, behind the cedrus tree. The balcony, awesome view and shadow from sun, are the best from the noon's sun. We recommend this destination. This is beautiful place for vacation.

It was cheapest place we could get on booking in a direct vicinity to Prasonisi, there is a great cafe just next door where we ate good breakfasts and also came once for a glass of wine in the evening. We ate mainly in Prasonisi some Greek fast-food during the day and had dinners after surfing in Kattavia. As we spent most time on the penninsula and then in the restaurant afterwards, the place was ok just for sleep.

Just an amazing stay with everything we needed, everything was there and prepared. Very nice and private area with pool, BBQ and sea view so we stayed there a lot and enjoyed the sunshine. It was calm area with a small town in walking distance where you can find shops, restaurants and bakery so ideal for quite vacation with close services.
