This place was a great surprise. The location is just a dream as it's only a few minute walk from the port and small village but slighly on the eastern side of the island where the most beautiful beaches are (walking distance to all of them). The room was spotless clean and nicely decorated and is equipped with a small kitchenette which is enough for basic cooking / making breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the size of the room was great. The apartments are so close to the sea that you can hear the lovely sounds of waves from your bed. The view from the little pribate terrace to the front of the apartment is unforgettable. The cleaning lady was absolutely adorable and cleaned the room every single day. She would come around every morning to check that we had all we needed. Dimitris (the owner / site manager) was very kind and welcoming. He came to the port to pick us up when we arrived and same thing when we departured. Its also a great spot for star gazing at night. This place is extremely quiet and peaceful and somewhat magical. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

I had lovely days here! The property itself is gorgeous and the view is amazing, specially on the sunrise. Location is super convenient, very close to the pier, mini mart and restaurantes. The hosts were exceptional and made my stay here even better. Will surely be back very soon!

Fabulous views of the water and sunset. Room was comfortable and well appointed with kitchen facilities, airconditioning and comfortable bed and bedding. That I was met at the port, and that Alex assisted me when I had to leave earlier than expected and arranging this was easy and I was driven to the port as well when I left.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, the room was great (with a small kitchen if you want to make your own food), and the view from the balcony was amazing! It only takes two minutes to walk from the port, and there is a supermarket, bakery and restaurants very close by. Still it was very quiet there. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Koufonisia!

The island is a dream and we got very good advice on where to eat and what to visit in the limited time we had on the island. Location is a bit remote from the port but it is very walkable and as there are almost no car it was a pleasure to walk up and down the hill and enjoying the picturesque views. Shops and restaurants all in very close proximity. There is a mini market close by. The apartments are kept spotlessly clean and towels regularly changed. Any problems and Demetri was happy to help.
