If you would go with children then everyone get his/her private place but there are good community parts as well. The windows of the apartment are on both side on the building so the wind could blow and cool almost all the time smoothly that's why not necessary to use air condition. The terrace is well equipped and the view to sea from there is very nice. The beach is not so frequented by others and it could reach from the apartment.
