The apartment had a lovely Greek feel to it and despite it being 5 bed was perfect for a couple. We had access to a large terrace which had stunning views of the bay since it was up the hill a bit. We loved picking different routes to the beach, all short!

Everything was perfect ! Maria the host is such a beautiful person, she came to pick me up at the ferry and was so arranging for everything. I will come Back for sure ! The studio was perfect and the place is just magical! The view in front of the sea and the private beach is a must 🥰 Thé location is the best of the island, not far from Skala. I had an amazing time in this lovely island. I recommend for everyone looking for a nice central and beautiful place with calm and tranquillity 👍 Thanks again for making my trip amazing

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed. A beautiful traditional house, with a terrace overlooking the Grikos bay, offering stunning views and within close proximity to the beach. The onwers were very polite and friendly and responded promptly to all our requests. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

A heavenly corner on Patmos - I stayed for three nights at the start of June and I was the only guest on site, so accidentally had the pool to myself. The entire site is tastefully designed with a beach at your doorstep. I stayed in the studio which had super fast wifi for working, a large comfy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Arias was the best host and offered to drive me to the health clinic when I had an accident - thank you for your generosity!

We absolutely loved how clean it was, the proximity to Grikos beach just in front and Petra beach about 15 mins away. The property was very clean and very spacious with a kitchen area which proved to be very helpful. The balcony/terrace proved to be lovely as well. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating which was perfect and made us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful information and made us offers of breakfast as well as giving us advice on local attractions. The property is located a 1-2 minute walk from the local bus stop that goes to Hora and Skala. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would hope to come back to the property.
