The location is in a small village located close to awesome spots you would like to visit. The host Filippou is awesome and very, very kind and friendly. In one word, Everything! In many words, from booking the villa to getting the pre checkin info and having our questions answered by our host Maria. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in the View Villa. The location is quiet, it's set in a quite village away from the tourist crowds, but well located to easily drive to both the West and East coasts of Zakynthos and some great spots. The Villa is new has all the facilities you need for a self contained break. The pool is beautiful, spotless clean and the views each sunset are spectacular and peaceful. Early in the morning you're treated to an aerial display by swallows, and in the moonlight you can see bat's doing their nocturnal turns. The Village 'Maries' has two tavernas and a mini market for basic provisions with local products (and cold Mythos:) We ate and drank on three occasions at the 'Old Olive Tree' which we also highly recommend. Vassiliki the owner is a true example of another genuine welcoming and kind person, her food was delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. Maria the owner of the View Villa is by far and a way the most welcoming and overly kind host that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! She met us at check-in gave us a full briefing and provided some recommendations for trips and tavernas and was on hand locally but not intrusive but checked whether we were ok via WhatsApp to inform us of cleaning days and the pool cleans etc. Thank you Maria and Spiros you made a long awaited and needed holiday and break for us so so relaxing and enjoyable. We would love to come back again next year :)
