All was above expectation, and everything was due to Mr. Babis' care for our wishes. Even the vacation started below our expectations (the location has 2 villas, with the only significant difference being the pool, which was very important for our girls who wanted the best spot for their "Instagram" photos), but the owner managed to find the best solution for everybody. The villas are modernly equipped with the best quality household appliances, and all the stuff is new. Even though the road may initially seem difficult (a big part of the path is narrow enough for only one car, but the entire road is okay for a family car), you will realize that the view over the Lefkada port is worth the effort. The Wi-Fi works excellently and has great coverage in and around the villa.

Everything was perfect. Everything you need you have there. The owners are very kind and helpfull. Pool was clean. Barbecue with gas is exactly what you need if you want to prepare a fast grill. Close to Lefkada and markets. Easy access to both east and west main roads. We had also our villa cleaned and fresh towels for 1day which was great.

We liked everything 🙂 its relatively close to Lefkas center by car. The appartment was brand new, we were the first visitors. Everything is made with style and care. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay - washing/dishwashing machines, all kitchen devices and tools if you want to cook, nice dining area, small balcony for a morning coffee, and even a nice stock of coffee capsules. The area is really quite, bed is comfortable and there’s plenty of storage space for a longer stay. So, generally, I really recommend this property🙂

A lovely apartment building / hotel up on a hill, surrounded by nature. The views are gorgeous here. There are some friendly cats around here that are very cute. There are plenty of parking spots dedicated to the guests. The location is very good, on one of the main roads in Lefkada. The city and Lidl are about a 5-10 minute drive. You are well connected with all the main roads that lead to the famous beaches. The apartment had all the necessary ammeneties. It was very clean and we feld very good here.

Superb place! Very very helpful host, amazing view, great value for money. Overall a great residence if you are in Lefkas, not far from shops, Lefkada Town and beaches. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. I absolutely recommend to book this place!

The apartment was perfect, equipped with everything you need. The furniture was new and clean. The beds were comfy and cozy. The apartment was air-conditioned perfectly, in each room there is a floor convector from the air-conditioning system. We are grateful for the gifts we received - fruit, coffee, wine...
