The ocean view, the terrace, the nearby beaches and restaurants tick all the boxes - but what tops it off is the host’s genuine hospitality, kindness, generosity and professional service. To open the door and be handed a bag of freshly picked apricots from her grandfather’s garden… Pure joy! This along with an amazing lady who cleaned and organized every little detail to even folding a T-shirt found on the floor so it matched the romantically folded towels and flower petals on the bed. We could not have been happier or more satisfied. A true memory for life.

I really like the location. Quiet and far from crowds. The location is good to start discovering the island. Many perfect beaches just in the neighborhood. The owner is very friendly, bringing us the figs from their own garden. The room is very clean, spacious and amazing view from the balcony. The bathroom is also huge. We will definitely come again as we fall in love with Karpathos, it was an amazing experience.

Perfect experience. We have been two weeks in two greek islands staying in three different places and B&N Melas Studio is the best one at all. First of all the host, Vasilis, is always kind, available, but never intrusive. Thanks to some steps, easily you can reach a wonderful wild beach where the sun shines until early afternoon. The flat is very comfortable, it has got everything you need. The nicest point is the balcony with a little table and the chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner looking at the sea and the sky. If you look for silence and peace, this is your place. Moreover if you prefer a fully equipped beach, you find it walking 5 minutes. In this area there are some nice restaurants/tavernas where you can enjoy typical greek meals.

We had such a good time, our room was so romantic design in a modern authentic Greece way, breakfast was great and Maria the owner gave us a warm welcome and great tips for travelling around the island. We highly recommend this hotel for couples !!
