Tim was there immediately on our arrival. He responded quickly to any queries or issues. He was also extremely accommodating. The pool is shared with the family, so while I had not realised this on booking, it did not cause us any issues with access when we wished for it. The 'cabin'/converted quadruple garage was tiny but had everything we needed and being summer we were out most of the time. They are surrounded by beautiful peaceful fields that are available for walking. Great beaches, some pebbly (East of West Wittering) but with sand at low to middle tide, and the other endless beaches with pools for children to play in (main West Wittering beach). Although £9.50 car park for the latter, part of which is supposed to support rubbish collection but there was actually quite a lot of that in the dunes. Beautiful dunes providing endless pathways for kids to explore. Combination of beach time and coming back to some pool time worked really well for us. Super dog friendly, child friendly, people friendly pub just up the road from the house.

The hosts were so lovely and they really went out of their way for us in a number of ways. Accomodation was really nice, great area, spacious, warm and comfy. The shower was amazing.

Our family slept in this apartment for two nights. The instructions were clear and it was easy to access the apartment. The parking for our car was located on the property and very safe and secure. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped - with lots of extra's such as salt, oil, foodie stuff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. The apartment is located on the ground floor and really close to the beach. We had a great stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone who want s to stay here.

Fantastic location with sea view. Pebble beach only a few steps away. West Wittering sandy beach 10 mins by car. East Wittering had lots of good eating places and shops. Beautiful modern and clean apartment and very well equipped kitchen. Hosts information pack was full of useful info.

The location of this property is excellent, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host had every detail covered, didn't really need to bring much with us, it was there. Loved the welcome prosecco and chocolates - thank you. Comfortable bed, plenty of space for luggage and we brought our dog with us too. Easy key collection and hosts were near if needed. Parking on the drive or plenty of parking on the street if we needed another space.

It was just the most charming, clean, and comfortable little oasis. Plenty of room in the accommodation for the baby travel cot and a small private outdoor area with a BBQ. Large parking area and quick walk to the beach. I was impressed by how it looked very new and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Planning to come back again.
