A very large apartment which could easily accommodate up to 6 persons. It was a very, very nice and cozy place. We loved the retro themed kitchen and the fact that there was a "kids" room. The large terrace with a view over the pier was an unexpected bonus. We were very happy about the place, and the fact that it's built on top of a pub (which doesn't bother tourist during the night, as it gets closed around 23:00) is only another great asset of this lovely place :)

A wonderful welcome to come into such a beautiful apartment 30 The heating was on and it was beautifully warm. There were Welsh cakes in the kitchen. After perfect shower er relaxed in front of the TV. Marvellous The next morning er discovered the location just 30 yards from unspoilt headland. Brilliant!

REVIEW: We really recommend staying at Jess and Cody's appartment. Check in was straight forward and we enjoyed a restful retreat. The place was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Jess and Cody were great hosts and we will hopefully return!

Parking is a plus as hard to come by in the area. The flat has plenty of room and is well equipped however is in dire need of a deep clean and updating throughout. At this price you don't expect to see mould on ceilings and by windows or rusty dangerous staircases, nor do you expect threadbare stained bedding and broken stained loo seats as well as previous guests food crumbs all over carpets upon arrival. Very enjoyable stay. Even provided with a discount to use in the pub downstairs. It's located above a pub, so there is noise while the pub is open, but that does not go on late.

The location was perfect for Mumbles and we had a meal at the Mediterranean (Turkish) restaurant next door which was very tasty. The breakfast, considering the covid restrictions, was very good but it would have been nice to have fresh fruit.
