For me a perfect location to stay as not far from most places I wanted to visit (most places are around 45 minutes or less to get to as its fairly centrally located in lincs and plenty of places of interest to visit) , the annexe was lovely everything you needed was there , lovely comfy bed too (its probably one of the comfiest beds I've slept in) good size rooms , its in a quiet peaceful location in a sleepy and quiet village so no hussell and bussell of most places , Martin and Jules are perfect hosts and would definitely recommend a stay in their annexe if you are visiting Lincolnshire for me a rating of 10 isn't enough (but that's just my opinion as was the perfect stay)

We had the deluxe family room which was excellent for our needs, full sized kitchen and a studio apartment with en suite, very pet friendly. The local pub was the same very welcoming with nice food.

I came by train and it was wonderful and I was greatful that Frank came 12 miles and picked me up after a long train journey. I will be returning next year. but by car. 6.1/2 journey by train was a nightmare
