Easy to find, seamless check-in. Parking was not too difficult. Host was responsive. Location was a walk down to the beach, lots of eateries nearby too. What more can I say about the place? It's is exactly like the picture! Very cosy, private outdoor patio for tea time. Will recommend to anyone visiting Brighton! Ps. They have an instagram page 😄

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help my family when we had issues with another place. They are friendly and suggested a few things for me and my family to do while we were in town. The dedicated parking space should not be overlooked. If we go back to Brighton, we will plan the trip around the availability of this rental.

Lovely room- had all facilities I could ever need. Hob, kettle, TV, shower. Amazing location, genuinely 5 minute walk from beach. People were really nice - just a really pleasant stay.

An added bonus was the very up to date TV with Netflix and Prime Video as well as numerous other types of viewing. There was also a chest of drawers and wardrobe should the visitor be staying for any length of time. Easy parking at the front of the property was a bonus.

Check in instructions very clear and good communication with host. There were good bus and train connections fairly nearby. In a perfect world, would be an even shorter walk to the beach but saying that, it still wasn't too far and was easy walk!
