This is a wonderful little flat in a cracking location. It was really well laid out with a large double and a standard twin on the upper floor, and the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. Really thoughtful touches, including spare dog bowls, towels etc at the entrance. Plus tea, coffee, milk etc and a lovely sweet treat! A folder of useful information was very helpful. The flat was clean, warm and cosy and very well equipped with lovely comfy beds, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. And literally seconds from the high street and a lovely pub/restaurant. Absolutely lovely, would definitely stay again.

Lovely property. Very comfortable and clean. We loved the wood burning stove which was cosy in very wet weather . Very well equipped kitchen as we cooked our own buffet. Lovely bed linen . We enjoyed it thoroughly. Claire and her husband were attentive and helpful.

Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Hosts helped to find accomodation for us when we had to extend our stay and they were booked up.

Great location surrounded by cafes / restaurants and very close to the Neidpath Castle. The apartment is lovely with everything (e.g. iron, oven, washing machine) equipped. It was a perfect stay!

everything was absolutely superb from location to the most amazing attention to detail in every aspect. the property was equipped to an extremely high standard. Nothing was left to chance in any area and Julie’s caring attitude to go above and beyond made our stay just perfect. nothing was too much trouble. superb host who thought of absolutely everything and every single detail in this beautiful apartment. wished we had stayed longer, but…….we will be back. best ever. 👏👏

I stayed for three days and loved this flat. What a find! Great location, secure, comfortable, spotlessly clean, WIFI etc, lovely tasteful decor and had everything I needed for my stay. No problem parking on the street outside either. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and would hope to return to Sakan when next in Peebles. Thank you.

Great little place and aptly named! Lovely and warm, small but all we needed for a weekend stay in Peebles. Both the main bed and the pull-out in the living room were very comfy. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. They'd even left us a bottle of wine, so kind!
