The whole experience from booking to departure was beyond exceptional!, unfortunately it was only a one night stay, we could have quite happily stayed much longer. The host, Zia, was incredible. We opted to do one of the Animal Experiences, the 90 min 'ultimate' and not knowing really what to expect apart from what it described on the brochure, we were blown away by the whole thing, from walking donkeys to feeding alpacas, it was an absolutely awesome experience, that everyone should do!!..the accommodation was exceptional and beautiful, had everything we needed, and more!!!.we will definitely be returning

It is à beautiful place. Lovely walks and scenery. If you’re a bird watcher, there are lots to see, including goldcrests, long-tailed tots and bullfinches. Kevin and Carolyn are superb hosts.

A lovely place that is peaceful and great for walking. The facilities are excellent and the bath tub outside is such a great idea in any weather. Waking up in the morning having breakfast in the fresh countryside with the birds tweeting and just peace and quiet it's just perfect. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you like walks but if you don't and want to just relax and switch of from the busy world this place is for you. We will definitely be returning.

Un beau petit logement dans la campagne du Pays de Galles, très paisible, où on peut se ressourcer loin de la ville. On y entend les oiseaux chanter, la vue est sympa et pouvoir prendre une douche au grand air avec la vue sympa c'est un plus. Rob et Anwen sont cool et connaissent très bien le coin alors ils donnent de très bons conseils sur les choses a faire et les lieux à visiter. Le village est à taille humaine et le pub est accessible à pied et sert de la bonne bière dans une ambiance à l'ancienne. C'était top !

Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable restored flour mill in an idyllic setting next to a stream in the Leete Valley. The conversion of this mill was of the highest standard and there was so much space-we loved the huge conservatory which had comfortable sofas for sitting and a full size kitchen, dining room and lounge meant lots of space to spread out. The host was excellent as he advised us about any events such as a road closures in town and made sure we were comfortable. Lots of things to see within a reasonable distance and the North Wales scenery was spectacular. Our favourites were Bodnant Garden which was a riot of colour with flowers and bluebells and Penrhyn Castle. Quiet and peaceful.
