Lovely little cottage with everything you need for a breakaway. Easy walk into Melbourne, highly recommend The Spirit Vaults for food and friendly staff. Did a lovely walk to Breedon on the hill, many more walks can be done from the area.

Comfy room, with very large bed. Peaceful and tranquil. Ground floor room was set up well for disabled guests, with flat access all the way from car park (which was right outside front door), and wet room shower. Breakfast was included, and was a good size and very tasty indeed.

Very comfortable. Good storage. Good shower. Lovely grounds and views, easy access and parking. Close to Melbourne. Not walkable as no footpath.
