The location of this property is excellent with fabulous views of the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had everything we needed. We were able to get the keys for one of the apartments from the lock box which was had the code to. The other code was obtained from the restaurant next door which was easy. We highly recommend and will stay again. Margate is a nice town and this apartment was in a great position.

Silk Accommodation is set in Margate, less than 1 km from Walpole Bay Beach, a 15-minute walk from The Bay Beach, and 8.4 km from Granville Theatre.

Large apartment, quiet as it's above street level especially the top floor bedroom. Undisturbed night's sleep on a big comfortable bed. Water and milk in fridge, toothpaste and toothbrushes (that I had no reason to use, but it's a thoughtful provision) as well as toiletries in bathroom. Weather was cold but flat was temperate. Handy for shops, pubs and dining.

Everything,absolutely gorg property right in the centre of the town and by the beach and the view from the window is amazing.U waking up and see the sea from ur window.Very clean and all in all lovely. Robert the host was also great,very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. Will defo book again,when back to Margate.

Stayed for the night in Nov. Completely exceeded our exception, everything was tastefully decorated and to the highest spec. Super comfy beds and really quality toiletries. Perfect location in the heart of old town. Mark was super helpful with lots of great recommendations. Amazing value for money.

    Lappartamento e molto carino e abbastanza grande. La posizione è in centro e comoda, la vista del mare dalla finestra e uno spettacolo. Direi ottimo! Ps da italiana che cucina...l'unica cosa che posso dire è che forse manca qualche pentola un po più grande...per la pasta!

    Piccola casetta in uno stupendo giardino con piscina, laghetto, zona bbq, cucina e mini lounge; stanza pulitissima e super curata come il resto della location! Host davvero gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto. Durante tutto il giorno disponibile un autobus per raggiungere il centro del paese

    hotel iconico, un luogo incredibile in una location bella e affatto scontata. Stile cinematografico e autentico al tempo stesso, si respira l'aria della vecchia Inghilterra, dalla hall alle camere, dall'ascensore alla sala colazione, ogni dettaglio racconta una storia e ti fa sentire parte di una sceneggiatura senza tempo. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e una perfetta padrona di casa, iconica e affascinante come il walpole bay hotel.
