The property is newly renovated and is very fresh, quiet, bright and clean. Literal steps to anything in Kendal town centre - the location is ideal for exploring the town. Note that the flat is in the middle of a pedestrian-only precinct, so there is no adjacent parking. We had small issues with taxi pick-ups as there is no direct car access to the flat. On the whole, we felt this was an advantage, as it made for a very quiet, peaceful environment. Absolutely loved the flat entrance with the “shambles-esque” alleyway. Could not be more central, we walked everywhere in town in under 10 minutes. Bedrooms and common area were comfortable and bright.

Fantastic flat near town centre amenities. We only live locally but used as stopover when attending a gig at Brewery Arts which is short walk away, as are the towns bars and restaurants. Decor is stylish and modern, but cosy and fittings are to a high standard. Easy check in/out and helpful owners. Highly recommend:)

As it was warm we had all the windows open so there was noise from the traffic from nearby town road, but not enough to keep us awake, just more than we are used to . We found the mattress in the main bedroom too soft for us, but that is just our preference. All in very pleased with the accomodation. Bonus having parking too
