Easy to find, seamless check-in. Parking was not too difficult. Host was responsive. Location was a walk down to the beach, lots of eateries nearby too. What more can I say about the place? The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help my family when we had issues with another place. They are friendly and suggested a few things for me and my family to do while we were in town. The dedicated parking space should not be overlooked. If we go back to Brighton, we will plan the trip around the availability of this rental.
