Our stay was fastatsic. We arrived after a very long flight to a lovely suprise of bread, eggs and milk so we did not need to rush out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the home is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The shops are a mere 5 min walk away. A lovely park with play area is just a short walk away.

An extremely well-appointed and clean flat with comfortable furniture and beds, a nice bathroom and super-fast wifi and smart TV. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Access was via a downloadable key app, which worked perfectly. Asif made sure I had the app downloaded and provided a use guide beforehand, but was happy to be on hand if necessary. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the need arises.

The added gadgets to enter the property add a sense of security The property is beautiful and so very clean with beautiful, simple decor - very family friendly. While the amenities are within 10 minutes walk or short drives. Accommodating and lovely host, with added personal touches and friendly message check ins to ensure guest happiness. Slept on clouds of happiness the bed was that comfy and decently sized. Would highly recommend and would stay again happily.

It was clean, comfortable and we found it easy to relax there. The kitchen was well equipped (microwave, oven, fridge) and there was a TV ready for use in the living room. The beds were comfortable, too. The area is quiet - I've seen some reviews saying that the front room might have been noisy due to the street cars, but we did not experience this issue.

It is near the Rosyth train station for an easy and picturesque trip across the bridge to Edinburgh. It has everything you need and the addition of tea, coffee, milk on arrival was very welcome. We enjoyed the fact that it was within a quiet local area.
