The property was perfect for a quiet weekend stay in the countryside. The views were wonderful. We got to watch some stunning sunsets from the deck and through the bedroom windows. The bedroom overlooks local fields, so one gets to hear birds singing in the morning and evening, which was lovely. The communication with the hosts was very friendly and prompt, which was much appreciated. The summer house had everything we needed.

Lovely basket with coffee and croissant, milk and water in fridge. I love location, it's close distance from national trust sites and MMR raceway where we had races. There is privacy, parking just outside cottage and easy access for me as an amputee. If an amputee, as myself could manage stairs everything else is adapted from my point of view, I would recommend bringing your own shower stool for the wet room and have someone with you to give you a hand with reaching to the rail and getting shower head as it's pretty high. This is what we do at home with my partner, as he helps me having a wash, so it wasn't nothing different or challenging. fully equipped kitchen -microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, kettle, fridge with the extras: torch. Once we reach the stairs on left side there is shower with loo, right side bedroom. Lovely good quality linen and duvet. Plenty of blankets. Just excellent extra touches. We felt welcomed and stay was very peaceful in nature.

The Loft is beautifully presented and so welcoming, Emma the owner can’t do enough to welcome you , the velum windows flood the loft with light yet at night when you pull the blinds it becomes so quiet and peaceful, the kitchen has everything one needs, the bedroom and bathroom are perfect for a few nights or few weeks stay! The property is isolated yet only a few minutes drive to a supermarket and great pubs! We will definitely look to stay there in the future when in the Lynham area.BigglesdafYoung couple
