The host was wonderful - so warm and welcoming and just delightful. The property is absolutely spotless - every single thing has been thought of. The TV is enormous - I had a happy husband! we could park right in the driveway which was great. We appreciated biscotti being left for us - nice touch and I actually think all properties should leave a little something for their guests - after all we've most likely come a long way to get to you

This is such a beautifully renovated property to stay at and exceptional quirky details in the fixtures and fittings. All appliances and furniture were high end and quality too, all well equipment to cook and prep food which made the stay nice. Great location with Bude just a couple of miles away and Widemouth Bay and the Beach House our fav restaurant just round the corner too and walking distance. Great to explore further into Cornwall too. The owners were so lovely and welcoming too, we will be back!

Everything that we might need was anticipated and provided. We loved the cream tea and scones welcome, the chocolates and all of the tea, coffee and milk. The apartment was scrupulously clean, the kitchen well equipped and there was plenty of spare linen. It was great to have a washing machine, with washing liquid provided. The apartment was well situated on the edge of the canal and with use of the large garden. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive.
