The upstairs rental was ideal for my two young kids and us. We enjoyed it being just 5 or so houses away from the water that even in the winter wind and cold we could enjoy the sound of the ocean and hunt for some shells. The roads were in the neighborhood were well suited for my two young kids to ride their bikes and enjoy themselves outside. When we needed to warm up there were plenty of puzzles and games for them to check. This was a perfect weekend getaway to the seaside!

Dear Matt, I gave you full marks on booking.com, because I would like that future guests see our feedback. We were in a state of shock as we parked at the rear of your building. We could not believe how dirty and awful it was. The communal entrance and staircase were absolutely disgusting. The access to your flat along the long balcony was terrifying. People were sitting there drinking beer. They live there and we felt that we are disturbing them. It is a total residential area and should not be used as a holiday let. Your flat was nice and well decorated, but there was no sign of any fire safety. The legal requirements for holiday lets are very clear and when we book with booking.com we expect safety. No fire extinguishers, no information about fire escapes, no fire risk assesment. Also, the kettle is too close to the toaster. If the water boiles over then the water would get into the toaster. We did not like your plastic plants. We paid nearly £300 for 2 nights. The experience was just totally shocking.
