This was a beautiful facility with a B&B feel. Loved it. Great location on our drive north from London to Edinburgh. Staff was communicative prior to our arrival about whether we needed dinner from their award winning kitchen (we regrettably did not because we arrive too late in the evening). The host (Vanessa) was lovely and accommodating to all of our inquiries. Apartment was comfortable and extra fans were provided because the room was a little warm (but, once we opened the windows m, it cooled off beautifully).

Before our arrival, we had a phone call with someone to confirm our dates and let us know about checking in and send an email with all the details we needed. We had someone available to message for any help at the flat if needed and the instructions were easy to follow in terms of getting keys etc. The flat is beautiful and is in a lovely location, to get into the centre of town it is easier to use Uber or a taxi, but these are easy things to figure out, and was only a 10 minute drive. For our first time in Newcastle this made our experience so much better than we thought, and we will be returning!
