Though in an older stone building, the apartment itself is totally modern and is exceptionally clean and well kept. The location is fabulous with access to the Birnam Woods path and the Beatrix Potter Garden literally around the corner.

Spacious, modern, immaculate, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful location, great communications. Our stay here was a highlight of our 3-week trip to Scotland. We loved the easy walks to beautiful, historic locations. There is a small grocery just outside the door and ample on-street parking. The property is spacious with a dining area, sofas, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The whole area was charming and safe. This property was a perfect base for exploring Perthshire.

This was an amazing very private property. Very convenient to the town of Dunkeld also, which has several good eateries, shops and we adored the cute little Beatrix Potter Garden. The staff, Lynn, that met us at the reception was very helpful and even followed up with us to make sure we were doing well before closing the office for the day. The surrounding countryside was absolutely gorgeous and there was a nice walking trail starting near the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and will return if I am in the area again!

Enjoyable setting, lovely details, and beyond spacious

Location right on the high street of historic Dunkeld, Scotland. Great shower, bathroom generally great, as was kitchen! Plenty of outlets except in bathroom, so hard (Yay, blow-dryer!) to dry my hair without a mirror. Only there for 2 nights but having access to a washer was great; washer/dryer would've been better, but not an issue for me. Lots of books, lots of light, despite dearth of windows! Generally very happy with condition of the place. I appreciated the detailed instructions given by the hosts as to how to find and enter apartment (altho I didn't get the first email & was rescued by a kindly stranger!) The location is what MAKES this place!
