Nice quiet woods setting. Was great having 2 bedrooms to spread out and have privacy. The woodburning stove was well stocked and easy to use. Shower worked great. Good amount of towels. Very clean.

The house was great too: very clean, had everything you would need, especially for a short stay. It took us a few tries to figure out how to work the fireplace but there were instructions available. There were a few things in the fridge too like milk and juice. Easy access to public transport if you want to explore the local area.

Very good sized property for multiple family/friends get together. We had 4 children age ranges 4-11 and they loved running around in and around the property. Great sized family kitchen with all the pots/pans/crockery and equipment required for self catering and cooking. Seemed very good value for money- we had this property during the end of August- still summer holidays in England (think Scottish schools were just opening that week)
