Lovely little house as a base to explore Abergavenny and the surrounding countryside and hills. Town and supermarket were only a short walk away. Really well equipped, very clean and comfortable, felt like a home from home. If the weather had been warmer we definitely would have made more use of the patio which overlooked the river.

A great find! Perfect central location and the flat was beautiful! When we arrived it smelt so clean and was immaculate! Very comfy to sleep and the host was there to help if we needed!

Great starting place for cycling and hiking days and many places of interest close by. Very quiet location while close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and the like.

We were tracing ancestry and particularly interested in the church - 6 belli Priory was on original church property! It is also within short walking distance of half a dozen restaurants and pubs. We had never stayed in a self-catering appartment and did not know what to expect and were very pleasntly supprised! The picture of the outside does not do the property justice - the inside has been beautifully undated and decorated. We were able to make full use of clothes washing facilities at the mid-point of our vaccation! The kitchen was excellently equiped. We enjoyed a very private outdoor courtyard with attractive plants. Although you could hear the merrymaking in the adjacent pub on the staircase, it was not a problem in the bedroom - we slept well.
