There was no one to welcome us - we were given instructions - but once we understood how the system worked, it was simple and easy. There was attention to detail - oil for cooking, some butter in the fridge, water, kitchen towels for us to use and appliances were clean and sufficient. When travelling around, you generally don't want to buy butter (which can melt) and oil, etc. This allowed us the option to cook our own meals. We had a nespresso machine with original nespresso capsules (grateful that they were not the imitation ones!!). Big plus point for my wife who had been complaining about coffee for days.

It's quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a laundry machine, a stove, an oven, a microvawe oven etc. Also, it had a balcony. When you just enter the room, don't pull the curtains, if you want to open them. Instead, look for a button on the wall that controls them. The breakfast comes in a bag starting at 8:30. We could take it to the room and eat there. Not all personnel speak English, but the managers do.
