Emeraude, Pleine Vue de Mer is a delightful apartment in a superb location with everything you need for a short break. We stayed for four nights and could have easily stayed longer. St Malo is captivating with so much to see and do. We enjoyed watching the tides change so dramatically from the apartment. The interior is comfortable and colourful and you just feel at home. Parking is safe and easy and excellent communication with the owner.

Very flexible and charming host welcoming us, despite arriving late. Host send instructions how to get there, highly appreciated. Some drinks and beverages in frig, and coffee, etc., which made us happy. Time for a chat, where we received useful info where to go, what to do. Super TV with streaming channels, which made our daughter happy. Overalll, we forgot about our travel stress, and finally could slow down. We simple wanted to spend more time in this beautiful and quiet location, house.

The apartment was a real delight. perfect location overlooking the sea, fully equipped with everything you could need. The host was fantastic, going out of his way to help in every way and giving us great local knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Loved everything about this place. It was so clean, a perfect little hideaway. The stairs weren’t as daunting as I feared. Great spot for a brisk walk into Saint-Malo every day as well as to walk back to. Shops handy in both directions as well as a couple of restaurants, notably that of the nearby Ar Iniz hotel. Great view of the sea outside from the window, as you make breakfast. That brisk walk will take you along the length of the beach as you head down the ‘Sillon’. It is most exhilarating and no more so than during the period of the “grosses vagues” or “grandes marées”. Special shout out for the owner who was more than helpful and flexible with regard to payment, as we kept missing one another.

We stayed on hottest weekend of the year - and although no aircon - we managed to maintain cool environment using blackout blinds and flow of air through studio. A nice area of town away from the tourist trap of the Intra Muros area. Several bars and restaurants on the Boulevard and although only a 5min walk to train station - far enough away to not be part of a 'gare district' and associated drawbacks.
